“Mors tua, vita mea.”

“Your life, my death”

This is my first book from Nouha and wow did it HIT! I couldn’t put it down once I started it. It was suspenseful and sexy and diosito I needed to drown myself in water reading this.

In this novella it follows Valeria as she’s trying to find information about the first love of her life, whom she hasn’t seen in years, and pronounced dead. She was adopted by a prestigious family, the Whitmores- who have some sketchy rumors about themselves - Valeria knows any information she needs it’ll be there within their household.

Years pass when she’s finally able to get inside of the Whitmores home with the help of her best friend Isabel. While there she meets Ronnie. A mysterious woman who catches her attention - And Ronnie, well baby girl had me in a chokehold ! The best kind of chokehold honestly.

“Taste yourself, princesa…”

“Yes, butterfly. Vem-te para mim.” (Come for me)

From now on I will be only answering to butterfly or princesa.

I’m not gonna say any more because I don’t want to give anything away so you’ll have to read it to see what happens! Does Valeria find anything she can on the woman she loved? Was she ever in the Whitmores home? Who is Ronnie? What happens inside the house of this prestigious family?

Listen, this was good. I was hooked, I was hot, it was cute and although it was a novella I felt like the story didn’t seem like too much or that it lacked anything. I honestly want more of these two baddies! Valeria is such a badass, and holds her own. Ronnie, that's mami right there! I’d do anything for them
