OOOOF THE VIBES!! This novella was the perfect example of, “I’m here for a good time, not a long time”! It’s short, heartfelt and spicy. What more could you really want?

Dante and Echo’s story unfolds after their parents get married and Echo and her mother move in with the DeLuca men. 

From the moment Dante lays eyes on Echo at only 14 years old, he knew all he wanted to do was protect her at all costs. Unfortunately, life doesn’t always play out how you want.

Now, don’t get me wrong, the yearning and spice were definitely my favorite part but I was very pleased with the emotional depth both of these characters had. They are both battling their own demons, especially Echo, and they are just trying to be the best versions of themselves with the cards they’ve been dealt. 

Now, onto the spice!

Let me tell you right now - if there is one thing that gets me every damn time, it’s a possessive MMC that wants to breed his woman. *cue the floodgates*

If you are looking for a mafia novella that is going to have you a little in your feels while also being spicy then I highly suggest giving this a read.
