What This Week! (7/22/2024)
Fun fact, I have literally just learned that Shakespeare left his second best bed to his wife of 34 years - Anne Hathaway. One, I cannot stop laughing at that. Two, our dark romance billionaire book boyfriends would NEVER.
This week had a busy start, hence why my “What This Week” blog post is releasing on Tuesday instead of Monday. Let’s hope I can focus this week and get to my weekly TBR! I am amped about the week ahead and the cool things I’ll be posting on my socials!
What am I reading this week?
I am doing the audio version of Lilac right now on Audible and WHEWWWW!
Why did I not know that dark rockstar romance could literally yank and spin me by my pearls and I would still thank the author? This why choose, rockstar romance has me in a chokehold and I cannot wait to give you guys a full review!
Next Up, Ocean of Sin and Starlight. I have been trying to get through this for so long, but I never pick this book up at an opportune time. I look forward to finishing it this week and getting my review out ASAP!
Weekly TBR
Although I have 2 books to finish this week, I want to add 2 more books to the TBR! Hopefully, I am able to get through these, this week!
Fear Me by B.B. Reid (audiobook) - I am on the B.B. Reid bandwagon and I cannot see myself coming off anytime soon. Lilac has me hooked. I started Lilac because Dark & Disturbed (a dark romance book box company) has released their B.B. Reid Box and Lilac is a part of this special edition box. The ‘Broken Love’ Series is also in this box, so I feel BEYOND lucky that these are currently available on Audible for free!

2. Good Witch Gone Bad by Addy O’Brien - You guys, this author - Addy O’Brien is seriously the realest girl’s girl I have ever met. She is such a kind and down-to-Earth author. I am so beyond excited to dig into her dark paranormal romance because I love supporting indie authors that have beautiful souls!
